OVERVIEW

The Brand Manager for the Foodservice channel, is responsible for leading brand, portfolio, commercialization, and demand-generation strategies for assigned Foodservice portfolios. This role translates customer and marketplace insights into business growth opportunities and partners across the organization to drive portfolio performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans for assigned Foodservice portfolios, aligning priorities, investments, and initiatives to business objectives and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, including sales, margin, distribution, campaign effectiveness, and market trends, and recommend actions to improve results.
  • Lead portfolio and business reviews, translating performance data, customer insights, and marketplace trends into actionable recommendations.
  • Support portfolio planning and identify opportunities to strengthen portfolio health, market relevance, and long-term growth.
  • Lead commercialization efforts for new products, portfolio initiatives, and growth programs from positioning and launch planning through post-launch evaluation.
  • Partner with Sales and Channel Marketing to develop customer-facing stories, selling materials, and activation plans that support commercial objectives.
  • Translate customer, operator, and marketplace insights into marketing strategies, campaigns, and portfolio initiatives.
  • Conduct post-launch and campaign performance reviews and apply learnings to future investments, messaging, and commercialization decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams involving Sales, Product, NPD, PMO, agencies, and external partners to deliver business priorities.
  • Manage assigned marketing budgets, project timelines, and execution priorities to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Influence stakeholders through strong communication, business acumen, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Coach and guide Associate Brand Manager contributions while supporting effective marketing processes and team best practices.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • Strong project management, analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience translating customer, consumer, operator, or marketplace insight into positioning, messaging, and marketing activation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional workstreams, manage multiple priorities, and influence stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and create compelling business narratives.
  • Experience with marketing measurement, campaign KPIs, digital/content channels, creative briefs, and agency or partner management.
  • B2B, foodservice, tabletop, housewares, hospitality, consumer goods, retail, or multi-channel distribution experience preferred.
