About the role

As Brand Manager for DACH, you will own and elevate Factorial's brand strategy, positioning and identity in the region. Working closely with creative, content, product marketing and performance teams, you will build the long-term brand vision and also do the day-to-day work of guiding campaigns and creative to make sure the brand shows up consistently everywhere. This is a senior role with significant autonomy and ownership, and a direct impact on how the DACH market sees Factorial.

What will you be doing

• Define the brand strategy for DACH. Positioning and tone of voice with real cultural and linguistic relevance - not a translation of what we do elsewhere.
• Lead brand campaigns end-to-end. From concept to execution, together with creative, content and performance.
• Own the brand guidelines and champion them internally. Marketing, product, sales: everyone should know what we sound like and represent it the same way.
• Own the visual and verbal identity in German. Web, social, product and offline, with local agencies and designers you brief and hold to your standard.
• Partner with Product Marketing. So brand and product positioning tell the same story across every go-to-market in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Know the market and measure the brand. Competitor and customer research to spot opportunities early, and brand health metrics (awareness, perception, consideration) to prove what's working.

Your profile 🚀

• Expert/ proficient -level German and fluent English is a must! You build the brand in German and run your internal life in English.
• 4-5+ years in Brand Management, ideally in B2B or SaaS, with real exposure to the DACH market.
• Strategic and analytical mindset. You translate market insights into a clear brand direction, not a mood board.
• Proven experience leading campaigns from strategy through execution. You have done both halves of the job.
• Solid grip on visual identity and design principles. You brief creative properly and tell good work from almost-good work.
• Storytelling and presentation superpowers. You can sell an idea internally as well as externally.
• Change is the constant. Things move fast here and you would rather build than wait for the process to exist.
