Brand Manager – CVRM

Location: Zagreb, Croatia
Function: Commercial (Non-Sales)
Reports to: Marketing Manager CVRM

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager (CVRM) to join our marketing team in Croatia. In this role, you will support the development and execution of strategic and tactical plans for assigned brands, driving innovation across the full product lifecycle.

You’ll play a critical role in delivering impactful, patient-focused marketing strategies that create value for patients, healthcare professionals, and the business. This is an exciting opportunity to own your portfolio and make a meaningful impact in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategies aligned with global and local objectives

  • Translate deep patient and market insights into effective, competitive marketing plans

  • Deliver innovative campaigns that influence attitudes, behaviours, and outcomes

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Medical, Compliance, Market Access, etc.) to shape brand direction

  • Identify and maximise growth opportunities through proactive market analysis

  • Develop compelling value propositions for healthcare professionals and systems

  • Ensure flawless implementation of omnichannel campaigns and initiatives

  • Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers

  • Oversee brand budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources

  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimise brand activity

  • Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders and customers

What You’ll Bring

Essential

  • University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in brand management

  • Strong marketing expertise (brand strategy and execution, market research, insights generation)

  • Digital marketing acumen

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking

  • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

  • Results-driven mindset with strong decision-making capabilities

  • Fluent English and MS Office proficiency

  • Valid driving licence

Desirable

  • Experience in CVRM (Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolic) therapeutic area

  • Pharmaceutical marketing or sales experience

  • Knowledge of local and international markets

  • Experience with omnichannel marketing strategies

  • Leadership potential and stakeholder management skills
