Brand Manager – Confectionery

Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS), manufacturer of Elephant House Beverages and Ice Creams is a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka. CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.

Elephant House Confectionery category is seeking a competent individual to initiate and drive the confectionary portfolio. The said role will spearhead many greenfield projects from conceptualization to launch by working with multiple project stakeholders, whilst also focusing on planning & implementation marketing strategies / activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Working closely with stakeholders for greenfield project initiation
• Conducting market entry and feasibility studies
• Successfully driving project executions
• Plan, brief & launch marketing plans keeping in line with the brand strategies & category objectives.
• Execution of brand launches and in-market initiatives

Person Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or professional qualification such as CIM.
• MBA is an added advantage, particularly with a focus on Project Management or Marketing Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management within an FMCG or related industry with experience in greenfield projects
• Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional projects and new initiatives will be an added advantage
