BRAND MANAGER LOCAL BRANDS CEE
Salary:13 400 - 17 400 PLN gross monthly
As a Brand Manager for the CEE Hub, you will lead the growth strategy for our key personal care brands, including Lady Speed Stick, Mennen Speed Stick, and Protext. You will translate our broader regional vision into practical, effective marketing plans that drive strong results in local markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Growth & Strategy:
Own and execute 3-year brand growth plans.
Define local strategies for the 7Ps (portfolio, pricing, promotion, support) to drive market competitiveness and growth.
Innovation & Commercial Execution:
Lead the end-to-end innovation process—from concept and launch to post-launch tracking.
Develop powerful trade stories to drive commercial success across the Hub.
Activation & Creative Management:
Define and manage the annual brand experience calendar.
Lead omni-event ideation, coordinate creative agencies, and ensure brand integrity through rigorous approval processes for all marketing materials.
Business Performance & Financials:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (SOM, sales, MI goals).
Proactively identify risks and growth opportunities while managing marketing budgets and financial performance.
Operational Excellence & Collaboration:
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Supply, Retail Marketing) to ensure smooth operations, accurate demand planning, and portfolio management (including artwork/SKU development).
Experience & Education
Education: University degree
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Category Management.
Industry: FMCG background is required.
Skills & Competencies
Data & Financial Analysis: Skilled at interpreting market and sales data to track performance and manage marketing budgets.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Ability to design effective brand strategies and lead complex retail activations.
Communication: Excellent presentation skills, with professional fluency in English.
Collaboration & Drive: A goal-oriented team player who effectively influences stakeholders and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Technical Skills: Experience with Google Workspace tools is a plus.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary Range: 13 400 - 17 400 PLN gross monthly
The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the position's requirements, such as required skills, effort, responsibility, and working conditions, which places the role into a specific level within the company's compensation framework.
Employees will also be eligible to theannual bonus plan - on target 8% of base annual salary linked to company and individual performance.
The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employer’s Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
