Brand Manager – Carnation

Location: Gatwick (Hybrid – 2/3 times in the office a week)

Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience.

About Us

As Brand Manager for Carnation, you will optimise and activate the brand strategy in market, shaping how consumers experience the brand while supporting growth, profitability and long-term brand health.

Your Impact

  • Brand Activation: Deliver local execution of global strategies that strengthen performance and brand equity.

  • Cross Functional Delivery: Partner across teams to deliver successful initiatives and launches.

Your Ingredients for Success

You bring marketing expertise, commercial awareness and the ability to translate insight into action in a collaborative environment.

Essential

  • Marketing Experience: Experience of brand or product management.
  • Consumer Insight: Ability to analyse consumer and market data.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated capability in managing multiple priorities.
  • Financial Awareness: Knowledge of budgets and brand performance measures.
  • Collaboration: Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable

  • FMCG Experience: Exposure to food, beverage or FMCG sectors.
  • Agency Management: Experience working with creative, media or research agencies.
  • Brand Planning: Knowledge of marketing effectiveness frameworks.
  • Sustainability Awareness: Understanding responsible marketing principles.
