Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for a strategic and results-driven Brand Manager to join our client's leading FMCG organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive market growth, strengthen brand equity, and maximize business performance. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in brand management, trade marketing, and sales within the FMCG industry and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and annual marketing plans to strengthen brand equity, increase market share, and achieve business growth objectives.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify opportunities and recommend effective brand and marketing initiatives.
Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, trade promotions, and brand activation programs in collaboration with Sales and Trade Marketing teams.
Work closely with Modern Trade, General Trade, distributors, and key accounts to ensure consistent brand execution and maximize product visibility and availability across all channels.
Monitor brand performance, marketing budgets, and campaign effectiveness, preparing regular reports and recommending data-driven improvements to optimize return on investment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Development, to align brand strategies with overall business objectives.
Lead, coach, and develop the brand management team while fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance to achieve organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, distributors, agencies, and business partners while ensuring consistent brand standards and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree graduate of at least 4-year course, preferably in Business Management, Marketing or any related course
In-depth understanding of FMCG marketing strategies and principles, Modern and Retail Trade dynamics, including distributor operations
With combined management experience of at least 10 years in Marketing and Brand Management, Sales and/or Trade Marketing, in FMCG setting
Competence in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Work Environment (office and fieldwork)
Physical Demand (works or fieldwork with Sales Managers, Regional Sales Heads, Distributor Specialists, Key Accounts Managers, and Key Accounts Specialists; works beyond regular working hours; works from Mondays to Saturdays, or beyond as the situation so requires; and travel is required within or outside area assignment)
