As Brand Manager at team.blue Greece (Papaki and TopHost brands), you'll lead the marketing function for your market. That means setting the strategy, orchestrating campaigns, shaping the content, leading a team, and driving the commercial results with the support of the team.blue Marketing Centre of Excellence that gives you specialist depth in Paid Media, SEO, Lifecycle, and more.

This is a broad, high-ownership role for someone who thrives on variety and accountability in equal measure. You'll be close to the customer, close to the business, and trusted to make decisions that move the needle.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Commercial Strategy

• Define and own the marketing strategy and action plans for assigned brand(s), aligned to commercial targets set by the Commercial Director

• Maintain a strong understanding of the local customer, products, competitive landscape, and market dynamics leveraging insights to drive high-performance that cut through noise and engage audience segments

• Manage the brand's marketing budget, tracking spend and performance against acquisition and revenue targets

• Own brand governance ensuring consistency in tone, visual identity, and positioning across all market activity

Campaign & Content Execution

• Plan, execute, and optimise market-specific campaigns, including promotions, product launches, seasonal activity, and local initiatives

• Develop and manage content and creative, adapting or originating copy, assets, and messaging in line with brand guidelines

• Own social media presence for the brand within the market, including content planning, community management, and local activations

• Manage local events, partnerships, and advocacy activity where relevant to the market

Customer & Retention Marketing

• Lead advocacy and retention marketing initiatives, working to improve customer loyalty, satisfaction, and lifetime value

• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Sales teams to ensure marketingactivity supports sales’ team acquisition initiatives and reflects the post-sale customer journey

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base and activate them through local campaigns

Leadership

• Build and maintain a credible external presence for the brand through owned social media content, commentary, and market positioning

• Manage and develop direct reports, providing clear direction, regular feedback, and support for professional growth

Performance & Reporting

• Track brand-level marketing performance across acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics

• Use available data and CoE Intelligence outputs to assess what's working, iterate on activity, and inform planning

• Report on brand marketing performance to the Commercial Director on a regular cadence

CoE Collaboration

• Brief CoE teams clearly and commercially for activity that benefits from centralised expertise or scale - Paid Media, SEO, Lifecycle, CX Integration, and others

• Participate in quarterly planning and sprint reviews to align priorities and surface local needs

• Provide structured feedback on CoE outputs against brand and market requirements

What Success Looks Like

• Customer acquisition and revenue targets are consistently achieved or exceeded

• Brand marketing is visible, consistent, and commercially effective across channels

• Campaign and content execution is delivered on time, on brand, and connected to acquisition and revenue outcomes while controlling marketing budget

• Customer retention and advocacy activity contributes measurably to LTV and satisfaction scores
