We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the strategic development, positioning, and execution of FMC’s product portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving brand equity, market growth, strategic planning with hands‑on execution, ensuring our products are positioned effectively in the market and resonate with farmers, dealers, and distributors.

Location: Ghalib Road, Lahore, Pakistan

The Role (daily responsibilities)

  • Brand Strategy Development: Creating and executing comprehensive brand strategies, including positioning, purpose, and visual identity.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Product Launches – Plan and execute impactful product introductions.
  • Campaign Management: Managing advertising, promotion, and marketing budgets to drive brand growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with product development, sales, and creative teams to align brand messaging.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilizing data to analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjusting strategies accordingly.

The Candidate (requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within agribusiness or FMCG industries.
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong strategic thinking capabilities
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Pakistan (Punjab, Sindh & KPK).
