Responsibilities include:

Brand Strategy & Communication

  • Manage A&P budgets with disciplined allocation to maximize ROI, campaign effectiveness, and channel efficiency.

  • Monitor business performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve commercial targets.

New Product Development (NPD) & Innovation

  • Lead end‑to‑end NPD processes, including ideation, feasibility evaluation, P&L modelling, and Go‑to‑Market (GTM) strategy development.

  • Partner with regional innovation teams, supply chain, regulatory, and commercial counterparts to ensure successful product launches.

  • Conduct pre‑ and post‑launch analyses to track performance, drive continuous improvement, and identify future opportunities.

Portfolio & Category Management

  • Develop portfolio strategies to deliver sustainable growth, including category prioritization and long-term portfolio planning.

  • Drive SKU rationalization, new product prioritization, pricing adjustments, and slow-moving inventory management to optimize assortment.

  • Analyse category trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to inform portfolio decisions.

Channel & Trade Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to build strong customer‑centric trade programs that accelerate distribution, visibility, and sell‑through.
  • Provide strategic guidance for channel-specific activations, retailer promotions, and in‑store executions aligned with brand strategy.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all brand activities, product claims, communications, and materials comply with regulatory, scientific, and ethical standards.

  • Uphold Blackmores’ values and act as a brand ambassador in all interactions, both internally and externally
