Job Description


Purpose of the Job


The Brand Manager will be responsible for building and strengthening the
Loom Solar brand across online and offline channels. The role involves managing
brand campaigns, digital marketing coordination, product positioning, dealer
branding, influencer collaborations, and customer engagement initiatives to
increase brand awareness, lead generation, and market share.


The ideal candidate should have strong experience in consumer branding,
digital marketing, campaign execution, and data-driven marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities


Brand Strategy & Positioning


  • Develop
    and execute brand-building strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Create
    strong brand positioning for solar panels, batteries, and inverter
    products.

  • Ensure
    consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints.

  • Monitor
    competitor branding, pricing, and market trends.


Marketing Campaign Management


  • Plan
    and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Manage
    product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.

  • Coordinate
    with creative agencies, production teams, and vendors.

  • Track
    campaign ROI and optimize performance.


Digital & Social Media Branding


  • Improve
    brand visibility on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google.

  • Work
    with performance marketing teams to improve traffic, leads, and
    conversions.

  • Manage
    influencer marketing and creator collaborations.

  • Monitor
    online reputation and customer sentiment.


Dealer & Channel Branding


  • Execute
    dealer branding activities including glow sign boards, brochures, display
    units, and showroom branding.

  • Support
    channel partners with marketing materials and campaigns.

  • Standardize
    branding across distributor and dealer networks.


Content & Communication


  • Coordinate
    with content, video, and design teams for high-quality marketing assets.

  • Ensure
    strong storytelling for product benefits, customer success stories, and
    solar awareness.

  • Manage
    PR activities, media coverage, and awards participation.


Market Research & Analytics


  • Analyze
    customer insights, brand awareness, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Monitor
    website traffic, brand search trends, and social media engagement.

  • Prepare
    monthly brand performance reports and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications


  • MBA in
    Marketing / Branding / Digital Marketing

  • 5–10
    years experience in brand management, preferably in consumer durable,
    electronics, EV, solar, or D2C brands

  • Experience
    handling large-scale digital campaigns

  • Knowledge
    of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO, and YouTube marketing preferred
