About the role
As Brand Manager, Environment Care, you will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives for EC in Japan. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage day-to-day activities, and help drive brand and business performance for the category.
Accountabilities
Assist with the planning and implementation of local marketing strategies, campaigns, pricing, and product launches for EC productsCoordinate execution with internal and global teams to ensure alignment and effective deliveryPrepare and manage campaign assets, sales tools, and in-store materialsMonitor and report on KPIs (market performance, media/campaign results), suggesting improvements based on insightsHelp manage marketing budgets and support forecasting activitiesFoster teamwork and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
