JOB DESCRIPTION
Brand Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Utica Capital's
business objectives and market positioning.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of customer trends, competitive landscape, and industry
developments, utilising insights to inform branding decisions.
• Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital,
print, and events, to promote our products and services effectively.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications maintain a consistent brand message and
adhere to established brand guidelines.
• Collaborating: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to
ensure cohesive brand messaging and positioning.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the financial services or asset management industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
