Nestlé Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of temporary position Brand Manager in Confectionery business in Kyiv

Main responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end brand and category strategy, driving growth, profitability and market share.
  • Lead annual marketing plans and 3-year category strategies in line with business priorities.
  • Manage P&L, forecasts and marketing investments to deliver strong business results.
  • Drive innovation and renovation (NPD) from concept development to launch and relaunch.
  • Lead consumer insight generation, translating insights into winning brand initiatives.
  • Shape and execute integrated communication strategies (TV, digital, in-store, event).
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Factory, Legal and external agencies to ensure flawless execution.
  • Monitor performance and proactively adjust plans to maximize impact.
  • Act as a deputy to the Senior Brand Manager when required.

Main requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Economics or Finance.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, consumer communication and innovation processes.
  • Solid experience working with budgets, P&L and sales forecasting.
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent Ukrainian and English.
  • Confident user of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Nielsen tools.
