Responsibility

  • Formulate and execute effective brand & marketing strategies to achieve business objectives (financial and non-financial) for responsible brands in the Hong Kong and Macau Injectable Aesthetics markets as brands owner.
  • Accountable for the marketing budget to deliver brand performance, including market shares, consumer communication, and customer adaptation of the responsible brands.
  • Develop and maintain the brand guides, hubs and material folders for strategy deployment, materials sharing as brands owner.
  • Work closely with managers and marketing team members to drive and perform effective and efficient communications, alignments and marketing operations.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales & educational team to ensure effective marketing executions to support customer and HCPs engagement and commercial operations.
  • Monitor brand performance by capturing market insights and intelligence, conducting market share analysis and competitor analysis on a timely manner, and translating them into actionable items to facilitate business development.
  • Formulate the marketing plan for the assigned brands and liaise with agencies to drive and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital, social media, and influencer PR, to drive consumer demand and customer engagement.
  • Keep track of marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL) within the industry. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI and propose the next action plan.
  • Develop POSM and sales kits and be responsible for ensuring successful implementation across channels.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, RA, MA and Regional/Global office for product and campaign launch, and pipeline development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in science, business, or marketing-related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of solid marketing experience in the healthcare and aesthetic industry, with a focus on injectable aesthetics in Hong Kong and Macau, is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong team player, able to work effectively and closely with internal and external stakeholders as partners.
  • Effective time and project management and the ability to work independently.
