Be a key partner for the CHC M&S Procurement teams and Finance performance teams in full autonomy to manage a scope of 1.5 Bn€ Advertising & Promotion, Indirect costs (Digital, Sciences, Distribution, Services etc.)

As Brand Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a leading global brand. You will drive brand growth through bold ideas, data-driven strategies, and consumer-centric thinking. Working cross-functionally with medical, digital, commercial, and regional teams, you will ensure growth of market share and consumer trust. You will thrive in a collaborative, agile, and forward-thinking environment where creativity meets executional excellence.

Main responsibilities:

  • Introduce a top Global Liver Care brand in the Hungarian market.
  • Manage resources, guide brand plan and tactics to win in-market.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, allocating budgets to maximize brand impact and profitability.
  • Approve and oversee brand investments in both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) activities.
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic growth plans to achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy and planning.
  • Execute key initiatives and high-ROI activations that drive brand growth and engagement.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the brand team.

About you:

  • Experience in brand management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG environments.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfortable balancing long-term strategic vision with short-term business needs.
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian.
  • University degree in business, marketing, or a scientific field.
