About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Brand Lead to guide, shape, and execute our brand strategy, enhancing its identity and positioning in the market. This role will focus on increasing brand awareness, crafting impactful narratives, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels to effectively engage and inspire our target audience in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Development & Measurement

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze key brand performance metrics, including awareness, sentiment, and engagement.
  • Leverage insights to continuously refine strategies and optimize impact.
  • Data-Driven Campaign Reporting and Analysis
  • Oversee budget management and reporting for brand-related campaigns.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of brand campaigns designed to enhance awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, product, and other departments) to ensure alignment of brand initiatives.
  • Identify and implement innovative approaches to communicate the brand story across various media channels.

Content & Communication

  • Work closely with creative teams to develop content that supports campaign objectives and business goals.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s established voice and tone across all communication channels and touchpoints.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Over 5 years of experience in brand strategy or marketing, particularly within the Fintech, Financial Services, or Technology sectors.
  • Proven expertise in developing and managing brand strategies for both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication abilities.
  • High level of creativity and attention to detail in crafting compelling brand narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
