Job Description

Leoben | 30h/week

Your position

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the integrity and governance of grade and brand master data within our global Quality team. You will manage critical data sets in SAP related to product definitions, brand attributes, and quality documentation, supporting smooth operations and compliance across the organization. This position closely collaborates with R&D and other internal stakeholders to maintain high standards of accuracy and process excellence.

Your tasks

  • Managing and maintaining product and brand master data in SAP, including recipes and related configurations
  • Ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with governance standards
  • Supporting creation, modification, and review of master data records
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to collect and update relevant information
  • Contributing to the optimization and standardization of master data processes

Your profile

  • Completed commercial education (e.g., HLW or equivalent) with sound technical understanding
  • Solid experience with SAP
  • Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Accurate, structured way of working combined with a strong sense of responsibility

Languages: German – fluent, English – fluent

Nice to have: Experience in master data management in SAP or data management projects

The annual gross salary for this position is €54,000 based on full-time working hours. Actual compensation will be prorated according to your part-time working hours, with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
