• Preparing & filing complete set of analyses for financial plan, updates, LBE and LRP
• Preparing monthly revenue and cost analyses
• Preparing sales and costs reconciliation
• Reporting of the mandatory month, quarter and annual financial reports
• Contribute to D5.6 / monthly closing activities for sales as well as quarterly closing for expenses
• Preparing forecast review slides, back up and participate into reviews
• Coordinate price change approvals in pricing database
• Prepare price analyses in CR and SR
• Active cooperation with Region/Area FP&A & Brand Finance teams
• Responsible for interactions with European planners from logistics hub
• Support annual audits & other external/internal audits & surveys wherever necessary
• Preparing regular and ad hoc reports for local management and HQ
• Actively contribute to development & improvement of finance tools & processes

Qualifications

• Master’s degree at University in a relevant field + 3 years experience
• Experience on similar position in pharmaceutical company for min. 3 years - preferred
• Strong computer skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of automation tools as well as capacity to design PowerBI reports a plus
• English fluency
• Good inter-personal communication skills
• Team spirit
• Flexibility & proactivity
• Excellent communication abilities & customer sense
• Accuracy in work with numbers
