Retail Success Starts Here: Sales, Events & Merchandising Expertise at Every Door

Beauty Barrage CEO Sonia Summers has spent over 20 years leading national sales teams for multi-million-dollar beauty brands. In 2008, she launched The Beauty Strategy Group to help incubate emerging beauty brands. Through this work, she identified a significant challenge: Getting retail distribution is just the beginning—driving in-store sell-through is the real key to success.

Training retail associates, executing in-store events and ensuring strong merchandising are essential to a brand’s performance at retail. However, building and managing a dedicated field team is costly and complex—especially for growing brands.

That’s why Sonia created Beauty Barrage—a turnkey, cost-effective solution for brands of all sizes to be represented at the store level. Our outsourced team of over 400 beauty professionals, servicing 4,000+ doors across the U.S. and Canada, acts as an extension of your brand, ensuring your products move off the shelf and into customers’ hands.

Our Services Include:

✅ National & Regional Sales Support – A trained, ready-to-go field team to drive retail performance.

✅ Expert Training & Education – Custom sales manuals, field training, and ongoing blended learning for retail associates.

✅ Impactful In-Store Events – Strategic activations that attract customers and boost sales.

✅ Merchandising & Inventory Management – Ensuring shelves are stocked, testers are available, and inventory levels drive replenishment orders.

✅ Sales Strategy & Goal Setting – Targeted support aligned with your brand’s sales plan to maximize ROI.

Whether you need short-term event staffing or full-scale retail support, Beauty Barrage helps minimize your investment while maximizing your sales potential.

Let’s take your brand to the next level—without the hassle of hiring, training, or managing a field team.
