Job Overview

The Brand Executive will support brand strategy and marketing initiatives, upholding consistent brand identity, creative communication, and customer engagement across retail, corporate, hospitality, and export markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for key retail periods to drive local and international sales.
• Develop promotional materials, product catalogues, and digital marketing assets.
• Collaborate with design, production, and manufacturing teams to align products with consumer trends and brand identity.
• Monitor lifestyle, home décor, and culinary trends to identify customer preferences.
• Ensure packaging, social media content, point-of-sale displays, and advertising follow brand guidelines.
• Track customer engagement, brand awareness, and campaign ROI, and report on performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Professional qualification in Marketing or Brand Management is an advantage.
• 3 years of branding experience, preferably in fashion, home décor, lifestyle, or porcelain tableware.
• Strong visual and aesthetic sense.
• Creative English writing skills and proficiency in AI tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking and effective project management skills.
