The position as Brand ManagerMarabou Equity and Activationis now available for someone who wants to join a fun and ambitious team working to make a difference.We are looking for someonewith a hunger for chocolate — and an equal appetite for growing the business, the brand, and themselves

You will be part of a tight team collaboratingacross countries and functions.You willimplementthebrand strategytaking it out in communication and activations to drive sustainable brand and business growth.

The responsibility is for Sweden, but the position has a key role in theNordic chocolate team.

Main responsibility

You willown the Marabou brand strategy and bring it to life through insight-ledcommunication andactivations.

  • Brand guardian — Youwill protect and nurture what makes Marabouloved From positioning to visual identity,you willmake sure the brand feels like  Marabou  everywhere it shows up — across touchpoints, countries, and business units.

  • Consumer curious — Youwill dig into research, data, and cultural trends to uncover what moves our consumers — and turn those insights into opportunities that keep Marabou relevant and irresistible.

  • Trend spotter — Youwill keep your finger on the pulse ofwhat'shappening in culture, in the category, and among competitors — so Marabou always stays one step ahead.

  • Activation lead — Youwill plan, execute, and evaluate integrated campaigns across channels — the kind that make people stop, smile, and reachout for Marabou.

  • Performance tracker — Youwill keep a close eye on brandKPIs(penetration, awareness, consideration etc) and turn the numbers into clear next steps.

  • Agency partner — Youwill brief and manage our creative, media, and activation agencies — pushing for brilliant work while keeping things on time and on budget.

  • Team player — Youwill collaborateclosewith otherfunctions andmarkets,sharing ideas and raising the bar together.

What you will bring

A love of chocolate & Marabou is a given. Beyond that

  • 5+ years in brand management or marketing, ideally in FMCG

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into creative briefs

  • Experience working with creative and media agencies.Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills

  • You areenergized by ambitious targets and always looking for the next level

  • You know how toinfluenceothers-not by pushing, but by making them genuinely excited about the idea

  • Knowledge of the Nordic FMCG/retail market is a plus

  • A businessmarketingrelateddegree

University degree in economics or business administration is preferred.
