Your Mission

You will play an active role in developing the ISUZU Pickup brand across Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Working closely with Sales, Field Operations, and Dealer Partners, you will unlock new market opportunities, create innovative roadshows and brand experiences, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen the positioning of our brand.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop new concepts for brand growth and dealer activation

  • Plan and execute roadshows, trade fairs, press events, and customer events

  • Build and maintain a network of body builders, media representatives, influencers, and strategic partners

  • Develop new vehicle concepts and industry-specific applications

  • Identify new market segments, target audiences, and business opportunities

  • Work closely with Sales, Field Operations, and Dealer Partners

  • Manage external agencies and service providers while overseeing budgets and projects

Your Profile

  • You prefer creating and shaping over simply managing.

  • You enjoy identifying opportunities where others see only niche markets and turning them into successful concepts for customers, dealers, and partners.

  • You are creative, technically minded, and have the discipline to drive projects through to completion.

  • Ideally, you have experience in marketing, PR, event management, business development, or the automotive/commercial vehicle industry.

In addition, you bring:

  • A hands-on mentality and a high level of initiative

  • Technical understanding of vehicles, special body conversions, and customized solutions

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for networking

  • A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working closely with Sales and Dealer Partners

  • Willingness to travel and participate in events outside regular working hours
