The Global Brand Design team shapes how Cyera shows up in the world. We build and evolve the visual language across campaigns, digital experiences, events, content, social, product storytelling, internal initiatives, and more. We’re a collaborative team that cares deeply about strong ideas, thoughtful craft, and creating work that feels distinctive and consistent — while continuing to push the brand forward.

About the role

We’re looking for a Brand Designer to join our global design team in New York and help shape the next chapter of Cyera’s visual identity. You’ll work across a wide range of brand projects - from campaigns and digital experiences to events, launches, social, and physical brand moments. This role is about more than applying an existing system. We’re looking for someone who can understand the principles behind the brand, use them with confidence, and find thoughtful ways to extend them. You’ll collaborate closely with designers and partners across marketing, product, content, events, and other teams to turn ideas into clear, memorable visual experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own brand design projects from concept through execution across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Create strong visual concepts for campaigns, launches, events, social, web, and internal initiatives.
• Apply and evolve Cyera’s visual system while maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand.
• Develop campaign-specific graphic languages using typography, imagery, illustration, iconography, color, and other visual elements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to understand briefs, explore directions, and bring ideas to life.
• Use emerging AI tools as part of the creative process to explore, prototype, iterate, and improve design workflows.
• Present your work clearly, explain your thinking, and contribute actively to design critiques and creative discussions.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Must-haves

• 3+ years of professional experience in brand design, visual communication, or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality execution.
• Strong typography, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience developing visual concepts and extending them across multiple formats and touchpoints.
• Highly proficient in Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• and comfortable working across modern creative tools and workflows.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, image-generation tools, or similar platforms as part of the design and ideation process.
• Comfortable working within an established brand system while knowing when and how to push it further.
• Able to take a project from an early brief or idea through exploration, refinement, and final execution.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative decisions clearly.
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience creating visual identities and brand experiences for events, conferences, or large-scale activations, including translating a concept across digital, environmental, signage, stage, and physical applications.
• Experience with motion design or animation.
• Experience working on integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and physical touchpoints.
• Experience collaborating with production partners, fabricators, or external agencies.
• Curiosity about emerging creative technology and new ways of building and scaling brand experiences.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

Compensation Range: $130,000-$160,000.

This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations.

Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
