Job Description

Accountabilities:

The Brand Designer will support the development and evolution of the brand by creating polished, engaging, and consistent visual experiences across multiple channels and initiatives.

• Partner with the creative team to deliver high-quality design work across various projects, including digital campaigns, social content, advertising, web experiences, and product marketing materials.
• Create visually compelling ads and social graphics designed to increase brand awareness and engage new audiences across different formats.
• Contribute to larger brand initiatives, including editorial content, campaigns, and new creative projects that strengthen the overall brand presence.
• Collaborate with product marketing and cross-functional teams to translate ideas and messaging into impactful visual assets.
• Apply strong design principles across typography, composition, layout, and visual storytelling to maintain brand consistency.
• Balance fast-paced creative requests with larger strategic projects by organizing workflows and managing priorities effectively.
• Use tools such as Figma and AI-powered solutions to improve creative workflows, efficiency, and output quality.
• Provide thoughtful input, incorporate feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the brand system.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills, a passion for creative excellence, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote and fast-moving environment.

• Demonstrated experience as a visual designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, brand, marketing, or product-related design work.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, visual hierarchy, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Figma and experience creating designs across static, motion, and web formats.
• Experience designing digital campaigns, advertisements, social graphics, landing pages, or similar marketing assets.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback to improve creative outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and experience working effectively in an asynchronous, remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and create clarity in ambiguous situations.
• Curiosity and willingness to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative processes.
