Job Description

We are recruiting for a Brand & Customer Manager (BCM) who will be a dedicated resource in the HPV Business Line and report directly to the Marketing Lead HPV for Austria and Switzerland.

In this critical role, you are accountable for the successful development and execution of marketing strategy and tactics to drive performance across selected therapy indications. You work in close collaboration with cross‑functional partners including Sales, Market Access, Digital & Data and other functions to implement the overall Business Strategy. In addition, you partner closely with Medical Affairs to generate actionable customer insights and to ensure a coordinated, compliant approach.

Our team supports customers by providing clinical and educational information, as well as relevant resources. We partner with healthcare professionals and healthcare systems to help them achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the local brand strategy, including the development of digital and face‑to‑face omnichannel campaigns and materials

  • Analyze the local market to understand patient and customer needs and articulate the customer journey.

  • Segment customers into personas and identify preferred engagement channels.

  • Collaborate with global Marketing, Digital & Data and local Commercial teams to execute integrated campaigns. Ensure alignment with the Country Integrated Medical Scientific Strategy.

  • Organize & maintain robust level of product & indications trainings for the commercial teams.

  • Use data analytics and insights to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns and customer engagement and to identify key accounts and geographies with highest potential for growth.

  • Engage in the field with customers and/or attend relevant national / regional medical congresses in Austria and Switzerland.

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Develop and manage strategies for major accounts.

  • Contribute to cross‑functional meetings and best‑practice sharing.

  • Manage assigned activity budgets and provide input into forecasting and business reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Life Sciences.

  • Several years of pharmaceutical or biotech business experience.

  • Marketing or Sales experience preferred.

  • Business knowledge of the Swiss and/or Austrian life science market

  • Strong customer orientation and analytical capability.

  • Ability to influence and work effectively within a matrix and multi-cultural environment.

  • Fluent German and English; French is an advantage.

The minimum annual salary for this position in Austria is EUR 67.600,- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
