Job Description

The Cardiovascular Product Manager will lead the local Israeli market strategy and end-to-end product management for the Cardiovascular portfolio. This role is responsible for driving brand strategy, commercial planning, cross-functional alignment, execution excellence, and continuous performance optimization to support sustained business growth and meaningful impact in the cardiovascular therapeutic area.

The role requires a strategic and commercially minded leader who can mobilize diverse cross-functional teams through personal example, creative thinking, and deep understanding of the cardiovascular market. The Cardiovascular Product Manager will combine strong commercial acumen, rigorous financial forecasting, and budget ownership with a patient-centric and science-driven approach, translating complex medical data into compelling marketing strategies and impactful messages that support meaningful clinical behavioural change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Cardiovascular portfolio strategy, ensuring strong brand performance, execution excellence, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Develop and implement strategic brand plans based on in-depth market analysis, identification of commercial opportunities, and clear business priorities within the cardiovascular therapeutic area.
    • Drive organizational synergy through strong and ongoing leadership of cross-functional teams, including Access, Medical, Regulatory, and other key stakeholders, in a dynamic and agile environment.
    • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other external stakeholders at both national and global levels.
    • Maintain strong interfaces and strategic collaboration with local, regional, and global internal teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
    • Engage key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem, including Sick Funds, Ministry of Health, and additional strategic partners, to support market readiness and successful adoption.
  • Lead development of marketing strategies and communication plans by translating complex scientific and medical data into compelling, patient-centric messages that support clinical behavioral change and brand success.
    • Continuously map and analyze the patient journey, competitive landscape, and broader healthcare ecosystem across all relevant dimensions to inform strategy and execution.
    • Demonstrate operational agility, superior problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and business outcomes to drive data-based decisions and continuous optimization.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and market-specific standards across all product-related activities.
    • Own financial forecasting, P&L responsibility, and budget management with rigorous tracking and reporting to maximize return on investment.
  • Requirements:
    • Strong scientific understanding with the ability to translate complex medical and scientific data into clear, compelling, and impactful business and marketing narratives.
    • At least 3 years of sales and marketing management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence and work collaboratively across diverse cross-functional teams and organizational interfaces.
    • Strong strategic vision, analytical thinking, leadership capabilities, and the ability to mobilize teams around shared business objectives.
    • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in building and leading strategic collaborations within the healthcare ecosystem and with external stakeholders, including KOLs.
    • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
    • Operational agility and flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, business priorities, and organizational needs.
    • Creative, proactive, solution-oriented, and commercially minded, with strong judgment and ownership.
    • Digital solution orientation and familiarity with digital tools and platforms
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven business and financial acumen, including experience with forecasting, P&L responsibility, and budget management.
    • Proven experience or strong aptitude in the Cardiovascular therapeutic area.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
