About the role

As the Brand Creative Manager, you will be responsible for bringing our brand strategy to life through high-quality creative execution across digital, social media, marketing, and other brand channels.

Working closely with the Brand Strategy Lead, you will turn brand direction and campaign concepts into compelling visual and content assets. This is a hands-on execution role covering design, photography, videography, content production, and day-to-day creative delivery.

What you’ll do

• Execute creative concepts and campaigns in line with the overall brand strategy and creative direction.
• Produce high-quality design, photography, video, and content assets across digital and social channels.
• Translate briefs and strategic direction into creative concepts and final deliverables.
• Manage the end-to-end production of creative assets, from concept and execution through to final delivery.
• Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
• Work closely with the Brand Strategy Lead and Marketing team to deliver campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring timely delivery.
• Personally execute high-priority design, video, and other creative projects where required.
• Stay up to date with relevant design, social media, photography, videography, and content trends and incorporate new ideas into creative execution.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, creative production, brand design, content creation, or creative marketing.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring a creative team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design, digital content, social media, photography, and/or video work.
• Strong understanding of visual identity, typography, layout, design principles, and content creation.
• Strong photography and videography experience, including production and editing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with tools such as Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
