As Brand Copywriter, you are responsible for developing and executing a holistic copy strategy across Peak Performance’s brand. Reporting to the Head of Global Brand Communications, you own, write, edit and elevate our brand copy and Tone of Voice across all external touchpoints, including social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), blog content, and new brand channels such as Substack and Reddit. You ensure consistent, distinctive and impactful messaging, while making SEO/GEO-informed decisions and staying ahead of copy trends, tools and platform updates, so Peak Performance remains innovative and creative in its DTC touchpoints.

This role can be based at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden, or remotely within the UK or Central Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a global copy strategy across the brand, taking into account SEO and GEO needs and developments, brand campaigns and marketing needs, and update it regularly following marketing updates and long-term strategic plan (LTSP) directions.
• Own and develop the brand Tone of Voice, creating channel-specific takedowns.
• Stay ahead of copy trends, tools and platform updates, and ensure digital transformation opportunities (e.g. GEO, LLM updates, algorithmic changes) are identified early, prioritised and rolled out in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the Head of Communications and Head of Creative to develop stories and key messaging that inform and develop brand campaigns (manifesto/creative copy).
• Advise the Social Media on captioning across owned brand channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, and collaborate with the ecom team on blog content.
• Write seasonal press materials and support global PR and regional market teams with messaging guidance.

Who we think you are:

• A hands-on, creative copywriter with a good understanding of writing for global sports, fashion and lifestyle brands.
• Digitally curious, with a drive to understand how to get the most out of AI developments across multiple platforms.
• Confident making calls on copy approach, structure and messaging priorities within agreed brand and marketing guidelines.
• A natural collaborator, equally at ease working with art, social media, ecom and communications colleagues.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a copywriter, ideally writing for global sports, fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Experience writing and editing brand copy across multiple channels, including social media, ecom/blog and PR.
• Understanding of SEO and GEO, and how to write for AI search and LLM-driven discovery.
