Brand Coordinator — Bring Our Brand to Life

Are you equal parts creative thinker and commercial doer? We’re looking for a dynamic Brand Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team and help bring our brand to life across every touchpoint.

In this newly created role, you’ll work alongside the Brand Manager to deliver impactful marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events that connect meaningfully with our clients, employees, and partners. From social media and content creation to sponsorships, partnerships, and events, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how our brand shows up every day.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Execute and support key brand initiatives across digital, content, and live experiences
  • Coordinate engaging social media and content that reflects our voice and vision
  • Assist in managing sponsorships, partnerships, and brand collaborations
  • Support the delivery of events that leave a lasting impression
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all communications and channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver seamless outcomes

About the role: This is an exciting opportunity to step into a newly established position designed to support the growing scope of brand activity across the business. As our brand continues to expand across owned channels, partnerships, and events, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining momentum, consistency, and impact.

You’ll act as a day-to-day custodian of the brand—upholding high standards while continuously building your understanding of market trends and audience needs.

What we’re looking for:

  • A highly organised, detail-oriented coordinator with a passion for branding and marketing
  • Strong communication skills and a natural collaborator
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Creativity balanced with commercial awareness
  • A desire to grow your career in brand and marketing
  • A progressive thinker who actively seeks out new platforms, trends, and ideas and brings them to the table
  • Comfortable behind a camera, in a content suite, and in a spreadsheet, you move fluidly between creative and analytical
  • Experience across social media, content creation, and brand is essential, exposure to sponsorships, partnerships, or events is a real bonus
  • A desire to grow your career in brand and marketing within a business that is genuinely invested in your development

If you’re ready to make your mark and help shape a brand that connects, engages, and evolves—this is your opportunity.

Apply now and be part of something impactful.
