We're Osome - an international fintech startup making the lives of entrepreneurs easier. We help thousands of businesses kick admin, accounting and bookkeeping out of their day-to-day, so they can spend more time on what's important to them. We've developed a unique solution that combines SaaS with a human-in-the-loop approach to provide full-fledged services in real-time.

We’re experiencing rapid growth in both client base and team, which now comprises around 500 people across our offices worldwide. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for more bright minds who are excited to make a real impact by solving complex problems.

What to expect

We’re looking for a Brand & Content Manager to shape how Osome shows up in the world and make us a brand that founders and freelancers know, trust, and want to work with. You’ll build demand among audiences globally who are considering starting or running a business in one of Osome’s jurisdictions: Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, or the UAE.

Brand building does not happen in a vacuum. The way people discover, consume, and interact with brands keeps changing, and we want someone whose references evolve with it. You’ll understand our audiences deeply, turn their functional and emotional needs into a clear brand narrative, and bring that narrative to life in the formats and channels where it will matter most.

This is a strategic and hands-on role. You’ll build a consistent global brand and develop stories that resonate with audiences across different markets.

What you'll do

• Make Osome a beloved, top-of-mind brand for tech founders and freelancers around the world through powerful storytelling.
• Develop Osome’s positioning and narrative around what these audiences need, what holds them back, and how Osome helps them move forward.
• Turn that narrative into clear content themes and messages to build brand affinity.
• Use brand health tracking platforms to understand how Osome performs on the attributes that matter to our target segments.
• Apply those insights to content priorities that build awareness, strengthen consideration, and support conversion.
• Build a global content strategy that connects the brand narrative to audience needs and commercial goals across different source markets.
• Plan and create short-form write-ups, long-form and cross-market articles, and customer stories. Adapt each story’s angle, tone, and format to the channel and audience.
• Work with creative and PR teams to carry a consistent narrative across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels, while making each execution fit its context.

Who you are

• At least 8 years of experience in brand, content, or journalism, with a portfolio that combines influential storytelling with depth and substance.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to write articles, content, and scripts independently, without AI assistance. Fluency in English is essential; Chinese, Spanish, French, or German is a plus.
• A sharp understanding of how people discover and engage with brands across search, social, video, communities, and media, and how to adapt an idea to each channel.
• The ability to turn customer insight into positioning and messaging that speaks to practical needs, ambitions, and concerns.
• A proven track record of building distinctive brands through storytelling that earns genuine affinity and contributes to business outcomes.
• Comfortable working across markets and collaborating closely with creative and PR teams. Experience with tech founders, freelancers, or financial services, in B2B or B2C, is a plus.
