WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and curiosity -- making every interaction feel personal and unhurried

• Guide guests through the Chevrolet lineup with confidence -- connecting the right vehicle to each guest's lifestyle, needs, and budget

• Present and demonstrate vehicles in a way that brings features to life rather than reciting a spec sheet

• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent follow-up and disciplined CRM use

• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, seamless purchase experience

• Meet and exceed monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores

• Represent the Chevrolet brand and Swickard's hospitality standards in every conversation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• No automotive experience required -- the right mindset matters far more than a background in car sales

• Proven success and experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or guest-facing service

• A natural communicator who listens well, builds trust quickly, and follows through

• Self-motivated with a competitive drive and a team-first attitude

• Comfortable with technology -- CRM tools, digital communication, and online lead follow-up

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• A genuine hospitality mindset -- you treat every guest interaction like it matters, because it does
