This is more than a communications role—it's an opportunity to help shape the future of one of the world's most iconic prestige beauty brands.
You'll play a unique dual role, partnering with global teams to build and drive communications systems, capabilities and operations that power SK-II around the world, while bringing those ideas to life across Southeast Asia through creators, media and social platforms.
You'll work at the intersection of brand, culture, communications and social—combining strategic thinking, creative storytelling, executional and operational excellence to transform campaigns into conversations that people want to join.
Support design of global social first campaigns by turning social listening, creator trends and insights into actionable talkable opportunities. This includes supporting the developments of creator briefs, press releases and creator experiences.
Drive amplification across Southeast Asia by partnering with local markets, creators and agency partners to deliver talkable, culturally relevant, insight-led activations that drive business impact. Build and protect SK-II reputation in the South East Asia Region.
Support building long-term relationships with PITERA™ insiders, creators, celebrities, publishers and communities across Southeast Asia while identifying emerging voices to drive talkability and cultural while ensuring brand fit and brand safety.
Build and continuously improve the communications systems and operating rhythms that power SK-II worldwide. Drive campaign planning, launch toolkits, governance, communications documentation and best practices while ensuring operational excellence across every initiative.
Manage budgets, trackers, timelines, reporting and agency coordination with precision and strong stewardship. Proactively identify risks, simplify processes and leverage AI-enabled ways of working to help the team operate more efficiently and effectively.
