As the key brand strategist and steward for the Brastemp brand in Brazil, you will be accountable for executing short, medium, and long term strategic brand plans that inspire generations, earn trust, and create demand in a digital-first world. In this senior role, you will lead the preparation and execution of annual business plans to drive brand equity growth, ensuring consistent brand integrity through go-to-market project plans and brand awareness across all marketing and communication initiatives.
Brand Strategy & Architecture: Define and lead the brand strategy and architecture, including consumer target definition, brand essence, and long-term roadmaps, to drive profitability, growth, and improve brand health metrics.
Campaign Leadership: Lead, develop, and execute fully integrated brand campaigns to ensure company goals are transformed into unique and powerful communication and media executions.
Media & PR Connections: Guide strategy with the Media Team & PR to design integrated media campaigns according to business goals and ensure a lasting digital and 360° connection with consumers.
Full-Funnel Activation: Create a seamless brand and D2C/CX connection by delivering full-funnel, brand-right marketing activations that drive consumers down the Consumer Decision Journey (CDJ) and marketing funnel.
Product Go-To-Market: Support Product Go-To-Market with concepts, messages, taglines, and visual assets to guarantee strong communication in product launches , while assisting and strategizing with the product development team.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Proactively build relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure a sound brand strategy, driving tactical plan development and storytelling execution across channels. Align brand priorities and participate in multifunctional forums, collaborating across different areas of the company.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess brand plans effectiveness.
