This role will lead the execution of the Danisco-to-IFF transition across customer, sales and market-facing touchpoints. The specialist will translate Health & Biosciences-approved positioning into practical activation, enabling sales teams, distributors and customers to adopt the IFF brand confidently.

The role has global execution scope, with regional adaptation and local-market follow-through. It is accountable for delivering approved customer-facing assets and activation plans on time, in the correct format, with consistent messaging and clear usage guidance.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Translate approved brand positioning into campaigns, customer communications, sales tools, trade media, digital content and event activation.
• Coordinate the conversion of brochures, presentations, artwork, videos, websites and other commercial assets from Danisco to IFF.
• Equip global and regional sales teams and distributors with clear messaging, training materials, usage guidance and customer-ready tools.
• Manage creative agencies, production partners and vendors to deliver approved assets on time, in the correct format and to the required quality.
• Maintain accurate tracking of asset readiness, reviews, approvals, versions and regional implementation against programme milestones.
• Coordinate global direction with regional adaptation and local-market follow-through to support consistent execution across channels.
• Build strong alignment among global, regional and external stakeholders, resolving execution gaps and escalating risks when needed.
• Support priority ongoing Animal Nutrition & Health marketing needs while ensuring customer-facing assets and activation plans remain on schedule.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Proven hands-on experience in marketing communications, brand activation, sales enablement or integrated campaign delivery.
• Strong execution discipline and the ability to manage multiple assets, versions, reviewers, deadlines and agencies without losing accuracy.
• Clear writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn strategy into simple, effective customer-facing communication.
• Experience briefing and managing creative production, including artwork, video, digital content or events.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across global and regional teams.
• Experience coordinating customer-facing materials through structured review and approval processes.
• Ability to balance global consistency with regional and local-market requirements.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to maintain momentum across competing priorities.
• A degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, business or a related field.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Business-to-business experience in animal nutrition, ingredients, agriculture, life sciences or another technical sector.
• Experience delivering global rebranding, portfolio conversion or sales activation programmes.
• Working knowledge of review and approval requirements in a regulated environment.
