As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a Brand & Campaign Manager to strengthen and develop the AddSecure brand across the Group. In this role, you will combine strategic brand development with hands-on activation, working across markets, business units and functions to build a consistent, distinctive and relevant brand.

About the job

As Brand & Campaign Manager, you will have a central role in shaping how AddSecure presents itself to customers, partners, employees and other stakeholders.

You will drive the continued development of our brand strategy and platform, while ensuring that the brand is translated consistently across markets, campaigns, products and communication. You will work closely with colleagues within Marketing, Communications, Product Management, People & Culture and our business units, as well as with external agencies and partners.

The role spans corporate branding, employer branding and corporate campaigns, giving you the opportunity to work both strategically and operationally. You will also help us explore how AI and emerging technologies can strengthen creativity, effectiveness and new ways of working within marketing.

In this role, you will:

• Drive the development and continuous evolution of AddSecure’s brand strategy, positioning and brand platform.
• Own and develop our brand architecture, visual identity, messaging, product branding and naming principles.
• Develop brand guidelines and governance that enable consistent and effective use of the AddSecure brand across markets and business units.
• Support brand integration in acquisitions, new market initiatives and product launches.
• Develop and drive AddSecure’s employer branding strategy together with Talent Acquisition, People & Culture and Communications.
• Strengthen the connection between our corporate brand and employee value proposition across internal and external channels.
• Plan and coordinate corporate campaigns around strategic topics such as sustainability, employer branding, technology transformation and corporate positioning.
• Develop and maintain templates, guidelines and assets for marketing materials and digital content.
• Manage AddSecure’s library of images, illustrations, pictograms and other visual brand assets.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials together with internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers, while providing hands-on support when needed.
• Support the management and protection of AddSecure’s trademarks, product names and other brand-related intellectual property.
• Manage external agencies and suppliers and ensure high-quality, efficient delivery.
• Measure and evaluate brand, campaign and employer branding activities to continuously improve their impact.

About you

We believe you have solid experience in brand management, corporate marketing, communications or a similar field and are comfortable moving between strategic development and practical execution.

You understand what it takes to build and manage a strong brand in a complex organisation and know how to turn business priorities into clear positioning, campaigns and communication. You enjoy working with many stakeholders and can create alignment across functions, markets and perspectives.

You are likely to have:

• A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in brand management, corporate marketing, communications or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of brand development, positioning, campaign planning and digital marketing.
• Experience working across multiple markets, preferably in an international or European environment.
• Experience managing agencies and external partners.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• A structured and detail-oriented approach, combined with the ability to see the bigger picture and connect activities to business priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies, and curiosity about how new tools can improve creativity, productivity and marketing effectiveness.

You are a strategic thinker with a strong business mindset who also enjoys turning ideas into action. You are collaborative and comfortable building relationships across different functions and countries, while being confident enough to provide direction and safeguard the integrity of the brand.

You are proactive, curious and adaptable, with high standards for quality. Most importantly, you are passionate about building strong brands and creating communication that is consistent, relevant and makes an impact.
