Brand BD Manager深圳社招全职职位描述Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning:
* Develop and own the global ambassador/Enterprise/IP/Sponsorship cooperation strategy, aligning with overall brand and business objectives for product lines.
* Lead the strategic planning for all brand projects activations, ensuring synergy with Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) plans, product launch roadmaps, and sales channel strategies.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Brand BD cooperation portfolio, including reach, media value, PR exposure, and campaign ROI.
* Ultimate responsibility for the program budget, including management, forecasting, and approvals.
High-Level Negotiation & Partnership Development:
* Lead and finalize high-stakes contract negotiations with agents and managers, securing favorable terms, deliverables, and compensation for long-term and campaign-based agreements.
* Build and maintain C-level relationships with key partners and agencies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Integration:
* Act as the primary strategic liaison between the cooperation program and internal teams: CMI (Consumer & Market Insight), Design (for KV, video, co-branded assets), PR, and Local Market teams.
* Ensure all public-facing assets, including local market adaptations, are on-brand and compliant.
* Champion the ambassador program internally, ensuring alignment and buy-in from executive leadership and regional teams.
Team Leadership:
* Manage and mentor the Brand Business Development Manager, providing guidance on scouting, evaluation, and execution.

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
* 8+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or talent management, with a focus on high-profile athletes, stars or celebrities will be a plus.
* Extensive existing network within the sports industry and related high-level Brand partnership.
* Possesses excellent strategic thinking, financial acumen, communication and coordination, and resource integration capabilities, is adept at identifying and solving problems, has strong sense of responsibility and stress tolerance, and is results-oriented.
* Fluent in English(both written and spoken) is mandatory. 投递
