
The Brand and Digital Marketing Manager drives brand growth in the Mexico market by localizing and executing the LATAM brand and digital marketing strategy. This role develops the annual and 5-year marketing plans for assigned brands in Mexico spanning eCommerce, advertising, digital media, promotions, events, and packaging along with the P&L, budget, and business reviews that keep those plans on track to meet or exceed EBITDA and sales goals.
Additionally, it ensures brand strategy translates consistently into every customer program and consumer touchpoint, leading and aligning internal and external partners around quarterly, annual, and multi-year plans. It serves as a key driver of consistent brand positioning and a primary influencer of new digital and brand marketing initiatives in Mexico.
Work LocationThis role offers the flexibility of working hybrid from our Monterrey Launch Pad, and includes up to 40% domestic and international travel.
The base salary range for this position is $42,500 – $46,800 MXN per month. Individual compensation within this range will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
