ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a
senior creative and strategic role at the heart of Wadhwani Foundation’s (WF)
marketing function. The Brand + Content Lead owns how Wadhwani Foundation shows
up across programs, geographies, and audiences. You will set the brand voice,
drive content strategy, and ensure that everything we publish reflects a
consistent, high-quality narrative.
WHAT YOU WILL
DO
Brand
•
Own and evolve the WF brand
guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging architecture across all programs
•
Serve as the internal brand
custodian — reviewing and approving content before it goes out
•
Partner with external creative
vendors to maintain quality and brand consistency across design, video, and
digital
Content Strategy
•
Build and manage the content
calendar across programs and channels
•
Develop flagship content assets
— thought leadership, case studies, impact reports, program narratives
•
Translate complex program
outcomes into compelling stories for donors, partners, and beneficiaries
•
Brief and manage freelance
writers, editors, and content agencies
Stakeholder Collaboration
•
Work with program teams across
the foundation to surface stories and build program-specific content
•
Support leadership
communications, including speeches, op-eds, and executive visibility content
WHAT WE ARE
LOOKING FOR
•
10+ years in brand, content, or
communications roles — agency or corporate
•
Proven ability to build and
manage a brand voice across multiple product lines or programs
•
Strong writing skills with a
portfolio that demonstrates range — from long-form to social to executive
communication
•
Experience managing external
creative partners and vendors
•
Comfortable working in a lean
team with high ownership and limited hand-holding
•
Exposure to international or
multi-market communications is a plus
