Field Tour Manager – Experiential Marketing (FIFA Fan Fest)

Houston, TX | $15,000 Program Pay | 6 Weeks

Are you an experienced Brand Ambassador or Field Lead ready to manage a major experiential activation?

We’re hiring a Brand Ambassador Field Tour Manager to lead a team of brand ambassadors representing Reliant Energy at the FIFA World Cup Fan Festival in Houston This role is ideal for experienced event marketers who thrive in fast-paced live environments and know how to keep activations running smoothly.

Program Details

  • Location: Shell Energy Soccer Stadium - Houston, TX
  • Dates: June 11 – July 19
  • Activation Days: 32
  • Event: FIFA World Cup Fan Festival
  • Total Pay: $15,000 for the program (~$2,500/week)
  • Pay Type: Direct Deposit
  • Classification: Independent Contractor (1099)

  • Lead and manage Brand Ambassadors during live activations
  • Ensure brand standards and engagement goals are met
  • Oversee setup, engagement flow, and breakdown
  • Troubleshoot staffing, logistics, or equipment issues on-site
  • Perform minor repairs or hands-on adjustments if needed
  • Complete daily reporting and photo recaps
  • Lift equipment/product boxes (20–50 lbs)

Qualifications

  • Brand Ambassador, Field Lead, or Experiential Marketing experience
  • Experience working live events, promotional tours, or large activations
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors for extended periods
  • Available for training and all scheduled activation days
  • Comfortable with hands-on setup and light troubleshooting
