BRAND AMBASSADOR LUXURY - Mobile, Brown Thomas & Arnotts

Passionate about luxury fragrance and storytelling? As our Mobile Fragrance Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Chloé Atelier des Fleurs across both Brown Thomas and Arnotts, bringing the collection to life through exceptional customer service, fragrance expertise, and engaging selling experiences.

This is a mobile role supporting two iconic Dublin retail destinations. The successful candidate must be comfortable working across both locations, approximately a 12-minute walk apart, building awareness, driving sales, and growing loyalty for Chloé Atelier des Fleurs and the wider Coty luxury fragrance portfolio.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Brand Ambassador – Fragrance (Mobile), you play a critical role in driving sales, increasing brand visibility, and creating memorable customer experiences. You will proactively engage customers, confidently traffic stop, and use your fragrance expertise to convert interactions into sales while building lasting customer relationships.

You will be reporting to the Area Manager, and you will manage:

Sales Performance & Customer Experience

• Achieve individual sales targets while delivering Coty KPIs
• Deliver Coty's customer service ceremony with every interaction
• Provide tailored fragrance consultations, identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products
• Proactively approach and engage customers to increase footfall, drive conversion, and maximise sales opportunities
• Build genuine customer relationships that encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
• Consistently upsell and cross-sell while maintaining a premium customer experience
• Confidently represent the brand across both Brown Thomas and Arnotts locations

Excellence of Execution

• Champion Chloé Atelier des Fleurs as the flagship focus of the role, ensuring exceptional brand representation at all times
• Execute merchandising guidelines across permanent and promotional space
• Maintain strong awareness of brand performance, competitors, and fragrance trends
• Support customer events, launches, and brand moments
• Adhere to uniform, grooming, and retailer Code of Conduct standards
• Escalate any issues promptly to the Area Manager

Team & Collaboration

• Build strong working relationships with the Coty in‑store team
• Collaborate effectively with retailer staff and management
• Support agency staff and mobile consultants when present
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with the Area Manager

Technical Processes

• Use iPad tools for reporting, communication, and VM guidelines
• Maintain secure control of Coty systems, passwords, and documentation
