🎥 We’re Hiring: Brand Ambassador / Live Streaming Host (TikTok Live – BJAK TikTok Shop)

📍 Location: Malaysia (On-site / Hybrid)
🕒 Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary Range: RM 3,000 – RM 5,500

We’re looking for a fun, energetic, and charismatic Brand Ambassador / Live Streaming Host to be the face of BJAK TikTok Shop

If you’re excited to bring insurance and financial services to life through TikTok Live — we want you on screen ✨

🎬 What You’ll Do:

• Host daily TikTok Live sessions for BJAK TikTok Shop

• Represent BJAK as a brand ambassador during live sessions

• Present BJAK products (insurance & financial services) in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand way

• Interact with viewers in real-time: respond to comments, answer questions, and build strong engagement

• Guide audiences to explore and purchase BJAK products directly during live sessions

• Keep the live atmosphere fun, lively, positive, and high-energy

• Run interactive elements such as Q&A, live offers, giveaways, and audience challenges

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine scripts, talking points, and live strategies

• Review livestream performance and share insights to improve viewership and conversions

💡 Who You Are:

• Confident and comfortable speaking on camera

• Able to explain information clearly and naturally

• Fun, energetic, talkative, and good at maintaining momentum during live sessions

• Strong improvisation skills — able to handle unexpected moments smoothly

• Familiar with TikTok culture, trends, and audience behavior

• Enjoy fast-paced, campaign-driven environments

• Able to work in shifts (no midnight shifts)

✅ Bonus If You:

• Have experience hosting TikTok Live

• Know how to engage audiences and maintain viewer retention

• Understand basic financial or insurance concepts (training will be provided)

• Have experience creating short-form video content

📌 Requirements:

• 1–3 years of livestream hosting, content creation, or public-facing communication experience

• Strong presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills

• Familiar with TikTok Live tools, features, and best practices

• Able to multitask and perform under pressure during live sessions

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, Broadcasting, or a related field (preferred)
