As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent a leading appliance brand, helping to build long-lasting relationships with clients and customers, while showcasing your expertise in sales and product knowledge. This is an opportunity to shine as a leader who coaches and trains vendors, dealers, and retail sales associates to deliver the best possible sales experience. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that all retail channels, dealers, and corporate clients receive unparalleled support while aligning with Monogram's brand values.

  • Conduct daily store visits and act as the main point of contact – you’re on the road 50 – 80% of the time
  • Build a relationship with retail sales partners.
  • Provide product knowledge and sales training to strengthen sales performance.
  • Lead regional marketing events.
  • Gather market intel and report on market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Help manage inventory
  • Resolve any issues that could affect brand integrity and presence in the market.
  • Support planning and promotional activities in the field.
  • Merchandising support.
  • Training and booth support trade show events.
  • Interact daily with consumers, dealers, trade and members of the design committee in person and over the phone/email and live chat
  • Provide white glove service by recommending tailored solutions to the customer to drive brand loyalty and ensure superior after sale service and support
  • The candidate will be a subject matter expert on the premium products and able to address installations inquiries
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and spirit with a drive to exceed sales goals
  • 3-5 years of retail sales, outbound preferred, or sales management experience is essential.
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Home office, this role is 100% remote aside from training
  • Exceptional communication skills, whether your emailing, jumping on a call, or speaking with a customer live. We need a communication professional.
  • A valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle daily
  • Ability to travel within the market daily.
