Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Brand Ambassador, you will:

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, promotional campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
• Engage with community members through professional, face-to-face conversations.

• Create positive interactions that increase awareness and supporter engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer and community experiences during live events.
• Assist with event setup, promotional materials, and campaign activities.

• Collaborate with team members to execute successful marketing and community initiatives.
• Participate in paid training focused on communication, leadership, marketing, and customer engagement.

Brand Ambassador Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, events, marketing, public relations, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.
• Full-time availability.
• Reliable transportation and ability to attend local community events and promotional campaigns.
