You are our marketing presence in the field the person who makes sure the MOJO brand shows up right at every store and in every community we serve. You’re the hands-on Ambassador who keeps store-level marketing running local activation, grassroots partnerships, organic social, signage, and in-store execution. While Creative, CRM, and paid media own their lanes from the center, you make it real in the field.
This is a highly visible, roll-up-your-sleeves role built for a self-starter who takes initiative and sweats the details. What You’ll Be Responsible For
Local Store Marketing & Grassroots Activation
Drive local activation that grows store traffic and memberships.
• Run fundraisers with schools, teams, and nonprofits.
• Recruit and enroll affinity partners; develop business partnerships with apartments, hotels, and local organizations.
• Build and activate community events and local sponsorships that turn brand presence into measurable revenue.
• Measure impact through promo codes and store-level traffic lift.
Organic Social & Community Content
• Maintain the content calendar and publish on-brand assets from Creative.
• Capture store-level photo and video content.
• Support community engagement and respond to comments.
Field Marketing Coordination
• Serve as the marketing intake point for DO/General Managers and translate field needs into action.
• Coordinate cross-functional follow-through with Creative, CRM, paid media, Ops, IT, vendors, and webstore partners.
Requirements
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• 3-5 years of progressive sales and marketing experience
• Experience in a multi-site, high-growth, or PE-backed environment strongly preferred.
• Coordination keeps Creative, CRM, paid, Ops, IT, and vendors moving in step.
• Social publishing and local-marketing sense on-brand posting; knows what drives store traffic and goodwill.
• Signage and merchandising eye; leverages AI tools where appropriate to move faster.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communicator who collaborates across all levels of the organization.
Bonus Points If You Have…
• Experience in retail, automotive, or membership-based businesses.
• A background in local business development or community partnerships.
• Fleet sales or fleet-partnership experience.
• Experience with CRM and pipeline tools (e.g., HubSpot).
