Brand Ambassadors

Campaign Dates : 4th -29th August 2026

Location: Waterford (Youghal/Dungarvan)

€160 per day plus the opportunity to earn an extra €25 per store (linked to KPIs, 2 stores per day)

Together with our Globe Groupe agency partner N2O, we’re excited to offer an opportunity to take part in a nationwide in-store retail campaign running through August 2026.

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassadors to support a well-known global brand across multiple locations in Ireland.

This field-based assignment involves supporting an activity for a well-known global brand, with a focus on customer engagement, product demonstrations, and supporting retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retail Store Visits: arrange and conduct visits to independent retailers and execute product demonstration sessions, maintaining a professional brand presence all times.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, educate them to help them find the right product.
  • Stock & Inventory Management: Ensure product displays are well-stocked, visually appealing, and track inventory to report any replenishment needs.
  • Sales & Performance Targets: Meet daily and weekly targets for sales, visits, and customer engagement to drive brand growth.
  • Post-Visit Reporting: Complete all required post-visit tasks, including stock returns, completing online reports with customer engagement and sales data, and uploading required photos.

Role Details:

  • Activity Duration : 4th August through to 29th August 2026 – Number of days vary from 6 to 15 depending on location
  • Working Days : Tuesday to Saturday
  • Additional : Attendance at a face-to-face briefing is required w/c 27th July in Dublin. Travel and accommodation costs for the briefing will be covered where required

  • Coverage includes the above locations and surrounding areas, so travel may vary depending on location

Requirements

  • Previous experience in field sales, ideally within a retail setting
  • Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to confidently engage customers.
  • Must own a car and have a valid ROI driving license.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

What’s on offer?

  • Assignment Fees: €160 per day (based on 8 hours in store)
  • Additional Fee: €25 per store (linked to KPIs, 2 stores per day)
  • Mileage: 31c/km
  • Reasonable assignment costs reimbursed
