AtMainEvent, our Brand Ambassadors play an important role because they are the first and lastpersonthe Guest sees on every visit! As a Brand Ambassador, you help our Guests tailor their FUN experience by advising and answering questions on various activities and directing them to their activities! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Welcomeand greet allguests while being a FUN ambassador! (First impressions are everything!)

• Communicatingtothe team who is a first-time Guest

• Answering Guest’s questions on various activities and directions

• Managing the guest experience by keeping communication clear onwaittimes for games, food,and other activities

• Escorting Guests to various activities, explaining safety rules, and assisting with table maintenance (you got this!)

• Thanking our Guests for coming and welcoming them back

• Performing opening, mid-day,or closing duties

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required

• Guest-focusedmindset (We heart our Guests!)

• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)

• Food Handlers Certification, as required

• Strongproblem-solvingand multi-tasking skills

• Caneffectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests

• Availability to workdays, nights,and/or weekends
