As a Brand Ambassador, You Will:
Engage with consumers and advocate Reliant electricity at local events
Attract and engage customers to transition them into an energy consultation with an energy sales agent
Foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees
Collaborate with your team to accomplish goals and celebrate success

Advocate products and services in a kiosk and/or event environment with passion, energy, and knowledge of Reliant Energy solutions
Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
Direct customers by escorting them to display activations and handing off to sales consultants
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to event operations
Create a memorable and positive experience for customers
Performance Measurements:
Regular and prompt attendance
Meet established monthly/weekly quota/goals
Customer/client satisfaction
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Six (6) months prior brand ambassador or promotional marketing experience
Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
