GT Independence is a national, family founded, disability owned Financial Management Services (FMS) organization serving more than 55,000 people across 17–18 states and Washington, D.C. We help individuals self-direct their long term services and supports by allowing them to hire caregivers they trust, while we handle payroll, taxes, billing, and administrative details so they can live freely and independently in their own homes and communities.

The Brand Ambassador is the face and voice of GT Independence within the communities we serve. This role builds meaningful, authentic relationships with individuals, caregivers, community organizations, advocacy groups, and program partners. You will champion the power of self direction, create trust in the GT brand, and help people understand how we make independence possible.
You’ll bring GT’s mission to life through community engagement, education, and storytelling helping families feel confident choosing self direction and choosing GT as their FMS partner. This is a people centered, mission driven role ideal for someone passionate about empowerment, inclusion, and community connection.
