About the role

As a Brand Activator, you are responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of brand activations within our key categories in the on-trade (gastronomy). You build experiences that bring our brands to life, boost brand recognition, and connect new consumers directly with our products (“liquid to lips”).
In this key role, you work closely with Customer Marketing and Sales and act as the link between strategy and execution in the market.

Top Accountabilities

Experience Planning & Activation

  • Plan and deliver impactful brand activations across gastronomy venues and events.
  • Organise and implement events, promotions, and on-trade activation programmes.
  • Ensure activation plans are implemented efficiently and to a high standard in the market.

Brand Experience Development

  • Develop engaging brand experiences that increase brand awareness and consumer connection.
  • Activate key categories with a strong focus on liquid to lips.
  • Ensure quality and consistency across all activation activities.
  • Create guidelines and continuously optimise activation formats.

Collaboration & Network Development

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Marketing and Sales to optimise in-market execution.
  • Support Sales teams in delivering activations with customers and partners.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships across the culinary, hospitality, and events scene.
  • Identify new activation platforms and partnership opportunities.

Budget, Measurement & Reporting

  • Plan, manage, and control activation budgets while ensuring efficient and high-quality execution.
  • Track and analyse activation performance, consumer reach, and brand awareness across activations and events.
  • Continuously evaluate the quality and scalability of activation formats, while expanding the gastronomy and hospitality network through strong partnerships and market presence.
  • Ensure clear and structured reporting based on defined benchmarks.

About You

  • Experience in brand activation, event marketing, or trade marketing.
  • Well connected within the gastronomy, hospitality, and bar scene, with an established professional network.
  • Passionate about crafting memorable consumer experiences.
  • Structured working style with responsible budget management.
  • Strong execution skills and a hands-on approach.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing.
  • Analytical approach with a focus on measurable results.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
